Hi, I’m Alissa. I’m a Nashville-based ceramic artist with a B.F.A. in ceramics from the California College of the Arts and more than fifteen years of studio experience.
My focus shifted to functional pottery several years ago after working in contemporary sculpture. Today, my work centers on clean lines, balanced proportions, and the tactile qualities of everyday objects. My style leans contemporary and celebrates quiet beauty. In the studio, I value experimentation, originality, and a playful spirit of exploration.

I make my work using a durable ceramic stoneware and finish with a satin matte glaze. These pieces are meant to last for years to come.
My dinnerware is easy to care for and always made with non-toxic and food-safe materials.

Because anything can go wrong in handmade ceramics my lead time includes some room for the unexpected. I often compete sets quicker, so if you need your order in a rush, reach out - chances are good that I can do it.
